Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartChat and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of SmartChat.

This includes, without limitation:

Loss of business opportunities.
Business interruption.
Reputational damage.
Reliance on AI-generated content or automated responses.

Our total liability for any claim relating to SmartChat shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartChat, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your use of SmartChat.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Your User Content.
